Are You Regulated?
We've voluntarily joined the Consumer Protection Association (CPA), which ensures we meet their very high standards. This provides you with the ultimate peace of mind that you will find us a completely trustworthy company. We are also a Certas Registered Company (same as Fensa) which registers your installation with your local building control. (This is a legal requirement)!

Is Your Work Guaranteed?
When you invest in new windows, doors or conservatories it's standard to provide guarantees for 10 years. However, in the majority of cases it's only the PVCu frames that are covered for this amount of time and in fact, the glass will be guaranteed for 5 years or less whilst the locks, hinges and handles will only be 12 months.
At Sherwwod Windows, we don't believe this adequately protects you, which is why all our products carry a 10 year guarantee that covers everything. making sure you're fully protected.

Will I Get A Quality Product?
Having over 20 years experience in providing great products to our clients, we've learnt a great deal about the qualty of the many systems out there. That's why we supply and fit only Kommerling products that are of an exceptional quality, but without the sky-high price tag which means you get great products that lasr for years and are virtually maintenance free, at a price you can afford.

Do You Use Pushy Salesmen?
Ask anyone to name one thing that's annoying about window companies in general and there's a fair chance they'll mention pushy, commission driven salesmen. That's exactly why we don't ever employ any. Instead, you'll only ever deal directly with one of the business staff who knows our products, who will be dedicated to helping you obtain what you need rather than worrying about their earnings.

What Advice Will I Receive?
Whenever you work with us, you'll only ever get the most accurate, and very honest, advice and guidance on what is best for your needs, and not what's best for our profits. That also means we won't make promises that we can't keep, we won't go cutting corners and we won't go adding on extra costs here and there once we've started your project.

What Disruption Can I Expect?
Having new windows, doors or conservatories fitted will cause a certain level of disruption and mess. However, we believe it's important to do everything we can to minimise that, which is why you'll find that we go out our way to prtect carpets, curtains, furnishings and anything that might be in danger of damage. We'll also tidy up at the end of each day, removing all the debris when the project is complete, and leaving your home as clean as when we first arrived.
